Vegter Builders is proud to announce that we have been chosen as a preferred builder for The Settings of Lake Rhodhiss. Through a rigorous interview process we were able to become part of an elite group of builders permitted to build within this fine development. Going through this process now gives us the ability to say that we are able to build homes on or around any of the lake developments in Burke County.

One of the requirements of becoming a builder in The Settings of Lake Rhodhiss is to build a spec home. You can see a rendering of our first draft of this home to the left. The natural beauty of Western North Carolina has inspired the architectural aesthetic as our home and others within the development will be reminiscent of the upscale lake and mountain lodges built in the Piedmont region of Western North Carolina during the early part of the twentieth century.
