Sunroom Addition for Bill & Rosemary Nelson

What used to be a damp porch on the side of the house was transformed into a sun-filled living room for Mr. & Mrs. Nelson. To save on costs we were able to use the existing roof structure and add an additional small room airconditioner.

The Nelsons also called us about a problem they were having in their driveway. Due to the slope being so steep their car was dragging when it reached the top. To fix this problem we completely took out the upper portion of the driveway. After pouring the concrete we then had to grind the end a little more. In the end Mr. & Mrs. Nelson have a driveway that will not "beach" their car on the way out.
